Bizarre Combinations... That are so good!
Fine Tastes of Modena wants to give you the opportunity to try some bizarre combinations that are very tasty.
The first we propose is the combination of a good fruit compote and a high quality Balsamic vinegar of Modena. Strawberries, cherries, figs, pears and red radicchio from Treviso blend well with a mature Balsamic vinegar of Modena of excellent quality. They are made with only three ingredients: fruit, sugar and Balsamic vinegar of Modena with no added preservatives.
The second combination we would like to introduce you to is honey and an aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP (PGI - Protected geographical indication). The result is a delicious condiment which enhances the taste of the food that is served with it.
Finally we propose Vignola cherries and wild blueberries from Monte Cimone in the Modena Apennines, marinated in a honey and vinegar sauce without added sugar or preservatives.
