"NERO" is an aged vinegar whose taste concentrates first on the cooked grape must and then gives way to the natural acidity which supports the typical sweetness.
"NERO" is excellent on ice cream, fruit salad, grilled meat and baked potatoes, but leaves the door open to one's imagination in the kitchen.
Pedroni's "NERO" contains no caramel.
