CHARACTERISTICS

They are then cold pressed in the antique and traditional way which maintains their natural organoleptic properties. This method produces an organic extra virgin olive oil with a particularly delicate flavor, an exquisitely intense fruity fragrance and a yellow gold color with greenish highlights.

The various production phases follow the strict standards overseen by the A.I.A.B. - Italian Association for Organic Agriculture guaranteeing the consumer that the oil has been made using organic production methods specified by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture and the European Union.
