										Ingredients:
										Serves 4
200g (7oz) Parmigiano Reggiano seasoned for 36-50 months
Extravecchio Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena
Preparation:
										
									With a Parmesan cheese knife, cut the cheese in sizes to your liking.  Pour drops of the balsamic vinegar on the pieces of Parmigiano Reggiano and let set for a few minutes before serving.
It is best not to use Parmigiano Reggiano cured for less then 36 months.  Only a very mature Parmigiano Reggiano will bring out the flavors of the cheese and aceto balsamico, blending nicely on the palate.
