Strawberries alla Balsamico

Paolo Rustichelli's "Extra Vecchio" Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Preparation:
										
									Take some wild strawberries (if you use commercial strawberries cut in halves or quarters) wash well. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with a desired amount of sugar. Let sit for about 15 minutes and add two or three teaspoons of Paolo Rustichelli's "Extravecchio" Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Mix well and serve.
