Salmon Antipasto al "Sapore di Modena"

Ingredients:
200g (7oz) smoked salmon thinly sliced
1Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1Tbsp "Sapore di Modena"
sliced bread
fresh butter (to taste)
Preparation:
Place the slices of salmon on a serving dish without overlapping them. With a brush, lightly glaze the salmon using Rustichelli's "Sapore di Modena". Wait a few minute and repeat the process using a fine, extra virgin olive oil. Serve with lightly buttered, toasted bread.
